I  support organisations in helping employees navigate key life and work transitions with more clarity, resilience, and sustainable engagement.

My corporate solutions include 1:1 coaching for employees, a structured Working Mothers Program, and tailored workshops designed around the needs of your organisation.

These services are especially relevant during moments that can affect wellbeing, retention, performance, and long-term engagement: maternity leave and return to work, burnout prevention and reintegration, career transitions, role changes, workload pressure, mental load, and confidence or leadership challenges.

Solutions for Organisations

I support organisations through individual coaching, group coaching, workshops and structured programmes designed around key transition points in employees’ working lives.

These may include maternity leave and return to work, burnout prevention and reintegration, career transitions, leadership development, wellbeing and sustainable performance.

The aim is to support employees in a way that benefits both the individual and the organisation. Well-designed coaching can strengthen confidence, clarity and engagement, help employees navigate change more effectively, reduce the risk of burnout or disengagement, and support retention at moments when experienced talent is most vulnerable to leaving. It can also help managers respond more effectively to employee transitions and contribute to a healthier, more sustainable working culture.

Individual Coaching

One-to-one coaching provides focused, confidential support for employees navigating professional or personal transitions that affect their work.

This may include returning after maternity leave or burnout, stepping into a new role, managing increased responsibility, rebuilding confidence, or making an important career decision.

The coaching is tailored to the individual while remaining grounded in organisational reality. It helps employees clarify priorities, manage pressure, strengthen their professional positioning and translate insight into practical, sustainable action.

Group Programs

Structured group programmes combine individual reflection, peer learning and practical application around a shared challenge or transition.

Programmes can be designed for specific employee groups, such as working mothers, employees returning from extended leave, emerging leaders or professionals navigating organisational change. A programme may include group coaching, individual sessions, practical tools and optional support for managers.

This format helps reduce isolation, normalise common challenges and build stronger internal support networks, while addressing themes such as mental load, confidence, identity shifts, sustainable performance and career progression.

Workshops & Trainings

Interactive workshops provide employees and managers with practical knowledge, space for reflection and tools they can apply immediately.

Possible topics include:

  • burnout prevention, resilience and sustainable performance

  • navigating change and uncertainty

  • managing energy, capacity and boundaries

  • career transitions and professional identity

  • confidence and professional positioning

  • difficult conversations and communication

  • inclusive leadership.

Workshops can be delivered as standalone sessions or as part of a broader coaching or development programme. Each session is adapted to the organisation’s context, audience and objectives.

Before becoming a coach, I spent more than ten years working in international HR, Learning and Development, and leadership development roles at complex multinational organisations.

I worked across international environments, partnering with HR and business leaders during periods of organisational transformation. I designed and implemented learning strategies, supported leadership development, managed external coaching and training partners, led teams and oversaw programmes and budgets at significant scale.

I designed and facilitated programs in leadership development, personal growth, public speaking, and time management. I have delivered more than 1,500 hours of training and coaching, supporting over 1,000 individuals from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds.

This background means that I understand the realities in which change actually happens.

I understand demanding workplaces, competing priorities, organisational pressure, leadership expectations and the difficulty of creating personal change while continuing to function professionally.

I also understand that sustainable transformation cannot be reduced to performance objectives, productivity tools or positive thinking.

Certifications

My coaching training follows ICF standards, one of the most widely recognised professional frameworks in the coaching field. This means that our work is grounded not only in personal experience, but in a structured, ethical, and professional approach designed to support meaningful and sustainable change.

I am also trained in embodiment coaching, which brings body-based awareness into the coaching process and supports change not only at the level of thinking, but also through emotions, sensations, patterns, and nervous-system responses.
