ABOUT Tatiana

Coaching for the moments when life changes shape
I am Tatiana Anishchenko, an ICF-certified coach specialising in life and work transitions.

I support women, professionals and organisations through periods of significant change: motherhood, return to work, burnout and recovery, career transitions, relocation, leadership development and the quieter identity shifts that are often difficult to explain.

These transitions may look very different from the outside, but they often raise similar questions:
Who am I now?
What still fits, and what no longer does?
How can I move forward without abandoning myself in the process?

My role is to help people understand what is changing, regain clarity and translate that understanding into concrete decisions, conversations and sustainable ways of living and working.

My own experience of transition
My interest in transitions is not only professional.

Throughout my life, I have moved through several significant identity shifts: rebuilding my life in a different country and language, navigating divorce, becoming a mother, experiencing burnout and eventually stepping away from an established corporate career to build work that felt more aligned with who I had become.

Some of these changes were chosen. Others were not.

Each one required more than making a practical decision. It involved reconsidering my identity, my values, my relationships, my ambitions and the way I wanted to live.

Becoming a mother brought this into particularly sharp focus. Motherhood changed not only my daily life, but also my relationship with work, capacity, responsibility and selfhood. My experience of burnout later reinforced something I had already begun to understand: the strategies that helped us succeed in one stage of life may become unsustainable in another.

A transition does not necessarily mean that something has gone wrong.
Sometimes it means that the person you have become can no longer live comfortably inside the structure you previously created.
My approach to coaching
My coaching approach combines psychological depth, structured reflection, embodiment and practical application.

We look at the internal experience of change: emotions, identity, beliefs, internal conflict and the patterns that may be keeping you stuck.

We also work with the body, because insight alone is not always enough. The body often registers overload, hesitation, fear or misalignment before the mind can fully explain what is happening. Embodiment coaching helps clients notice these signals and develop a more grounded relationship with their own capacity, boundaries and decisions.

We translate insight into real life:
-
clearer priorities and decisions
-
more sustainable ways of working
-
difficult but necessary conversations
-
stronger boundaries
-
practical transition plans
-
changes in routines, responsibilities and relationships
-
concrete next steps
I do not believe in prescribing a standard version of success.
My work is to help you identify what is true and important for you, understand the wider system you are operating within, and make choices that you can genuinely stand behind.

Certifications
My coaching training follows ICF standards, one of the most widely recognised professional frameworks in the coaching field. This means that our work is grounded not only in personal experience, but in a structured, ethical, and professional approach designed to support meaningful and sustainable change.

I am also trained in embodiment coaching, which brings body-based awareness into the coaching process and supports change not only at the level of thinking, but also through emotions, sensations, patterns, and nervous-system responses.
