1:1 Coaching for Life Transitions
This coaching is for women who are going through a significant life shift and feel that the old way of functioning no longer fully fits.

Here are some of life transitions that I work with:
-
motherhood and combining work with family life,
-
burnout prevention and recovery,
-
career charges and professional reorientation,
-
relocation and adapting to life abroad as an expat,
-
any big life events that create a sense of identity shift.

In our work together, we create a structured space to slow down, understand what is really changing, and make sense of what feels unclear, heavy, or unresolved. We look at your emotions, needs, values, patterns, body signals, relationships, work context, and practical realities — so the work stays both reflective and grounded.

Depending on your situation, we may focus on clarifying what you want next, rebuilding confidence, setting boundaries, making an important decision, redefining your role at work or at home, processing the identity shift you are in, or creating a more sustainable way of living and working.

The expected outcome is not a perfect life or a quick fix. It is a clearer, more honest relationship with yourself, a better understanding of the transition you are in, and concrete steps that help you move forward with more clarity, capacity, and self-trust.

I provide sessions both in person (in Brussels) and online.

How working together might look like
The first step is a discovery session, where we discuss what you are navigating, what kind of support you need and whether we are a good fit to work together.

Most clients continue through a structured coaching package, which gives us enough time to understand what is happening, work through the transition and support meaningful change as it unfolds.
We usually meet every two weeks, although the rhythm can be adjusted depending on your situation, goals and capacity. This regularity creates continuity while leaving enough space between sessions to reflect, experiment and apply what emerges in your daily life.

In some situations, a shorter format may be more appropriate. This could be a one-off session focused on a specific question or a targeted session around a particular transition, such as returning to work after maternity leave.

You do not need to decide on the format in advance. We will identify the most suitable way of working together during the discovery session.

A holistic approach
I draw on several complementary approaches to bring as much value as possible to our work together.

Alongside professional coaching methods, I use somatic and embodiment-based practices to help you notice what is happening not only in your thoughts, but also in your body, emotions and nervous system. This can be particularly valuable when you understand a situation intellectually but still feel stuck, conflicted or overwhelmed.

For questions related to work, career or organisational life, I also draw on more than ten years of experience in international HR, Learning and Development, and leadership development. This allows us to explore both your internal experience and the practical realities of your professional environment, including workplace expectations, career decisions, return-to-work challenges, leadership dynamics and organisational change.

The purpose is to create an approach tailored to your needs and help you move from insight to concrete, sustainable change.
