COACHING for
life transitions
Life transitions can be disorienting, even when they’re chosen.
A career change, a relationship shift, becoming a parent, recovering from burnout, or simply sensing that something in your life no longer fits can leave you feeling uncertain, stuck, or disconnected from yourself.
My coaching offers you a grounded, supportive space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what matters most — so you can move through change with more clarity, confidence, and trust in yourself.
Who Is It for?
This coaching is for you if you are:
-
navigating a major life change and don’t know what comes next
-
feeling lost, overwhelmed, or unsure about your direction
-
questioning your career, relationships, or sense of purpose
-
noticing early signs of burnout — or rebuilding after one
-
craving more alignment between how you live and who you are becoming
-
You don’t need to have clear goals or answers before starting. Coaching is a space to find them.
What You Might Gain From Coaching
Clients often describe gaining:
-
greater clarity about what they want and need
-
increased confidence in decision-making
-
a deeper connection to themselves
-
relief from overwhelm and inner pressure
-
a clearer sense of direction during change
Coaching doesn’t remove uncertainty, but it helps you relate to it differently, with more steadiness and trust.

My Coaching Philosophy
My approach combines reflective conversation with somatic awareness — helping you connect not only with your thoughts, but also with your body, emotions, and inner signals.
You can expect:
-
a calm, non-judgmental space to explore what’s happening in your life,
-
practical tools to support clarity, grounding, and emotional regulation,
-
support in making sense of uncertainty rather than rushing to answers,
-
guidance that respects your pace and your autonomy.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What kinds of life transitions can coaching help with?
A: Coaching can support you through many types of transitions, including career changes, relationship shifts or breakups, becoming a parent, recovering from burnout, relocation, or moments when you feel lost, stuck, or disconnected from yourself. You don’t need a specific label — if something in your life is changing or no longer fits, coaching can help.
Q: Do I need to know exactly what I want before starting coaching?
A: No. Many people come to coaching precisely because they don’t know what they want yet. Coaching offers a space to explore uncertainty, clarify what matters to you, and gradually find direction — without pressure to have immediate answers.
Q: How is coaching different from therapy?
A: Coaching focuses on your present situation and the direction you want to move toward, rather than on diagnosis or treatment of mental health conditions. It is forward-looking and practical, while still allowing space for reflection and emotional awareness. If therapy or another form of support would be more appropriate for your situation, I will always be honest and guide you accordingly.
Q: What does a typical coaching session look like?
A: Sessions are calm, reflective, and grounded. We explore what is currently happening in your life, what feels stuck or unclear, and what your inner signals are communicating. I may also introduce gentle somatic or grounding practices when helpful. Sessions are always adapted to your needs and your pace.
Q: Do you offer online or face-to-face coaching?
A: I offer both online and face-to-face coaching. The choice is up to you and can depend on your preferences, location, and what feels most supportive for you at this moment.
Q: How long does coaching usually last?
A: I work with coaching packages rather than single sessions. Packages allow for deeper, more effective work and provide the continuity that is often needed during life transitions. Change can bring resistance and uncertainty, and commitment to the process helps you stay supported while new ways of being gradually take shape. We review progress together to ensure the coaching continues to serve you.
Q: What if I’m in burnout?
A: If you are in the depth of burnout, coaching may not be the most appropriate form of support. Deep burnout often requires therapeutic or medical care, rest, and stabilization. Coaching works best when there is enough energy and capacity to reflect and look forward. It can be very supportive at the early signs of burnout, or during reintegration and rebuilding after burnout, when you are ready to explore what needs to change and how to move forward sustainably.
Q: What happens in the free intro session?
A: The free intro session is a relaxed, no-obligation conversation. We explore what is currently happening in your life, what you are hoping for, and whether coaching feels like a good fit for you. You can ask questions and take your time deciding.
Q: How do I know if you’re the right coach for me?
A: Feeling safe, understood, and respected is essential. The intro session is there to help you sense whether my approach resonates with you. If it doesn’t, that’s okay — finding the right support matters more than forcing a fit.
