Sometimes you reach a point in motherhood where the life you are living no longer fits the woman you feel yourself becoming.
You may have recently become a mother and feel overwhelmed by the responsibility and the invisible mental load. You might be further along and starting to question your career, your relationship, or the parts of you that seem to have faded into the background.
I support mothers in switching the focus on themselves, to understand what is truly changing beneath the surface, and clarify the direction they want to move toward next, so they can hear their own voice clearer and know better who they are while caring for others.
