When Life No Longer Fits the Way It Used To

A 6 month coaching journey to help you understand what is changing and build the next chapter of your life.

This journey offers a structured and supportive process to move through your transitions with clarity and confidence. Instead of forcing quick answers, we create the time and space to understand what is changing in you, what truly matters to you now, and how that can take shape in your life.

If lately you've been having thoughts like:

  • “I know something needs to change, but I don’t know what exactly.”

  • “I can’t imagine continuing like this for years, but I also don’t want to make a reckless decision.”

  • “I feel pulled in different directions and I’m overthinking everything.”

  • “Part of me wants to move forward, another part is afraid of disrupting my life.”

  • "I know what I don't want, but I have no idea what I do want."

then this journey is for you.

My story

I have myself been through many transitions. To mention some of them: relocation, separations (including a divorce), childbirth, career changes, burnout. I want to share one that I personally struggled most with. My transition away from corporate work began in 2020. At the beginning I imagined the change would happen relatively quickly. I knew I wanted to be a coach, so I followed a course, I got my certification. I thought this would be the hardest part, but no. The difficult part started after. It took me almost five years to go through this transition. Looking back, I do not regret the time it took. What I regret is how much I struggled during some periods of this process and how much I judged myself at times. I often pushed myself to follow strategies that worked for others but did not truly work for me. There were also very real life events happening during those years. I went through a separation, started a new relationship, I moved. There was pregnancy, the birth of my daughter, and multiple other things that were impacting me on different levels. All of this slowed down the professional transition. At times I interpreted that as failure. At times I thought I was not persistent enough, or not ambitious enough. I doubted myself and what I wanted.  Today I see it differently. Transitions involve much more than practical decisions. The biggest shift usually happens in the mind. It requires questioning long-held beliefs, redefining identity, and developing trust in yourself again. This kind of shift cannot be rushed. One thing that made a profound difference during those years was having support. I didn't accept this support early enough though. At first I didn't even realize I needed it. I was not in a deep crisis, after all. It was thanks to my daughter that I finally admitted to myself that it takes a village not only to raise a child, but to create anything meaningful. And I started to reach out and ask for support where I needed it. This made the biggest difference. Besides having a partner who believes in me and friends, who were there when I needed, I also worked with a therapist who helped me navigate difficult emotional moments, and a coach (several different coaches over the years) who helped me see the path forward more clearly. Without that support system the process would have been far more lonely and overwhelming. This is the space I now offer to others.

The journey:

  • Month 1 & 2: Understanding where you are and where you want to go

At the beginning of a transition, many women feel pulled in several directions at once. Thoughts, expectations, and fears can create a great deal of internal noise.

    We explore questions such as:
    • What feels misaligned in your life right now?
    • What has changed in you over the past years?
    • What do you truly want more of in your life?
    • What values and needs are asking for more space?

This stage often involves reconnecting with parts of yourself that may have been set aside for a long time.
Dreaming is important here. But we do not stay only in ideas. Together we also explore how those dreams could realistically take shape in your life.

Month 3 & 4: Bringing the first changes into reality

Here we focus on concrete and meaningful steps that allow you to observe what truly resonates.
You begin experimenting with changes in your professional life, relationships, boundaries, or daily rhythm.
Between sessions we pay attention to what happens.
Each experience becomes information. We reflect on it together, adjust where needed, and continue clarifying the direction that feels most aligned.

Month 5 & 6: Integration and building sustainable change

In the final phase the focus shifts toward integration.

We look at questions such as:
    • What lessons have emerged from this transition?
    • What structures will support you going forward?
    • How can you continue trusting your inner compass when challenges arise?

The goal is not simply to reach clarity, but to leave the process with the confidence and tools to continue navigating life with greater self-trust.

  • 12 coaching sessions in total, including:

    • 1 opening session (90 minutes)

A deep exploration of where you are now and what this transition is asking of you.

    • 10 coaching sessions (60 minutes)

Held every two weeks to support reflection, integration, and concrete steps forward.

    • 1 closing session (90 minutes)

A moment to integrate everything that has shifted and prepare for the next stage of your life.

    Additional support when needed

I know from experience that certain moments in a transition can feel particularly intense. For that reason, you also have the possibility to schedule two additional 30-minute conversations during the six months if extra support is needed (with no additional surcharge).

  • Every transition is unique, but many clients describe similar shifts after working together. This is what you can expect:

    • A clearer understanding of your identity, values, and priorities

    • Greater ability to set boundaries in relationships

    • A stronger sense of confidence both personally and professionally

    • A defined direction and roadmap for the next chapter

    • More trust in your own decisions

    • Less anxiety and a better ability to navigate uncertainty

    • A deeper understanding of what you need and how to make space for it.

Most importantly, many women leave the process feeling more connected to themselves and more capable of shaping a life that reflects who they truly are.

  • The full 6-month journey: €1500 (paid at the beginning of the journey)

    or

Monthly payment: €275 per month (monthly installments spread over 6 months, € 1650 in total)

Transitions can feel lonely and overwhelming when you face them on your own.
